By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase products.

Products and Orders

We sell books and related publications. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If production delays exceed 90 days beyond the estimated date, you may request a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

We ship to addresses provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. Shipping times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will replace damaged items subject to availability or issue a refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

This website and all products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, and design—is owned by Jeremy McEntire or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
